Assam: Deepjyoti Dowari Meets CM Himanta Biswa Sarma, Presents Heritage Rice Wine

DEMOW: Deepjyoti Dowari, owner of Divine Grace Enterprise and a resident of Demow of Sivasagar District, met State Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma at Lok Sewa Bhawan Dispur.

Deepjyoti Dowari felicitated Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma with a phulam gamosa and gave a bottle of ‘LUK LAO’, India’s First Heritage Rice Wine. State Chief Minister wrote on X (formerly Twitter) that Sivasagar’s Deepjyoti Dowari is brewing Assam’s first heritage rice wine, a fine blend of unique taste and ancient traditions. “Met him at my office yesterday and wished him good luck for his endeavours,” wrote the Chief Minister.
