GUWAHATI: In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Assam government has transferred several officials in order to enhance efficiency in public service and governance.

Madhu Sudan Nath, Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Higher Education Department is transferred and posted as Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Women & Child Development Department.

Partha Pratim Bairagi, Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Transport Department is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Women & Child Development Department.

Utpal Borah, Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Lakhimpur is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Administrative Reforms & Training, Pension & Public Grievances Department.

Anup Kumar Brahma, District Development Commissioner, Dibrugarh is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Transformation & Development Department.

Manash Kumar Saikia, Additional District Commissioner, Darrang is transferred and posted as Co-District Commissioner, Naduar, Sonitpur.

Raj Boruah, Co-District Commissioner, Naduar, Sonitpur is transferred and posted as Co-District Commissioner, Kaliabor, Nagaon.

Sauvik Bhuyan, Additional District Commissioner, Nagaon is transferred and posted as Additional District Commissioner, Darrang.

Magonjoy Thaosen, Sub-Divisional Officer (S), Dibrugarh is transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner, Parbatjhora, Kokrajhar.
