BAYM submits memorandum to SDO of Demow Electrical Subdivision

DEMOW: Under the leadership of Jadumoni Kalita, president, and Jaan Barua, chief secretary of Brihattar Asomiya Yuba Mancha (BAYM), Demow Town Committee, a memorandum was submitted to the SDO of Demow Electrical Subdivision on Thursday.

In the memorandum, the BAYM, Demow Town Committee stated that in various places of Demow, electric wires were surrounded by trees and after strong wind blows or it rains heavily, power supply would get disrupted for several hours due to which people, especially students, had to face a lot of inconvenience.

In the memorandum, BAYM Demow Town Committee demanded the SDO of Demow Electrical subdivision to take up the matter seriously and initiate steps accordingly.
