Commemorative book ‘Sattwat’ on Sabharam Bharali unveiled at Dikhowmukh

GAURISAGAR: Dr Parmananda Sonowal, Registrar of Dibrugarh University, unveiled a commemorative book, 'Sattwat,' written by Bubul Dutta and Bidyut Bikash Baruah on the life, work, and achievements of noted educationist-philanthropist, Sabharam Bharali, of Dikhowmukh, who passed away on April 24, 2005. On the occasion, a meeting was held on Sunday at the auditorium of Dikhowmukh Milita Silpi Samaj.
