
Dibrugarh: Delhi Public School, Dibrugarh, proudly hosted its much-anticipated Annual Skill-Based Exhibition, Umang 3.0, a vibrant showcase of students’ skills, creativity, and innovation. The event brought together the collective efforts of various dynamic clubs, including Artificial Intelligence, Eco, Media, Dance, Music, Literary, Photography, Science, Art and Craft, Games, and many more, reflecting the diverse talents nurtured within the school.
The occasion was graced by Major General V.S. Deshpande, GOC, 2 Mountain Division, Dinjan, as the Chief Guest. Other esteemed dignitaries included PVC C.A. Sanjay Jain, Director Banita Jain, distinguished board members, dedicated school staff, enthusiastic parents, and over 1,500 students who participated with zeal and enthusiasm.
The day commenced with a grand inauguration ceremony, marked by the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, symbolizing the illumination of knowledge and wisdom. The event’s highlight was the inspirational address by Major General V.S. Deshpande, who lauded the initiative, emphasizing that “Umang 3.0 provides an exceptional platform for students to exhibit their talents, fostering creativity, confidence, and leadership among young minds.”
The exhibition featured an impressive array of projects, performances, and displays, reflecting the hard work and innovative spirit of the students. From thought-provoking literary presentations to captivating dance and music performances, cutting-edge AI projects to eco-friendly innovations, Umang 3.0 truly embodied the spirit of holistic education.
