Gauhati HC Designates Fast-Track District Courts for Exam Cheating Cases Under 2024 Act

Guwahati: The Gauhati High Court has issued a notification whereby it has designated the Court of District & Sessions Judge in each district in the state of Assam to try the cases under The Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024. It was further stated that these courts shall try the cases in a fast track manner.
