Memorial Meeting Held in Honour of Noted Educationist and Former ACS Officer Dharmakanta Milli

GAURISAGAR: Dharmakanta Milli, noted educationist, writer, soccer player, the first ACS of the greater Dikhowmukh area in Sivasagar district and secretary of the Revenue & Disaster Management Department of Assam, who passed away on May 17, was recalled today amidst a giant gathering. On this occasion a Smriti Charan sabha was held at his native village, Thekeratal, Dikhowmukh.
