Phukanphadia Bezgaon Adarsha LP School's founder headmaster Moneswar Phukan passes away

GAURISAGAR: Moneswar Phukan, resident of Gaurisagar Phukan Phadia Bezgaon and founder headmaster of Phukanphadia Bezgaon Adarsha LP School, passed away on Saturday evening at his own residence due to old-age ailment. He was 89.

He had established Phukanphadia Bezgaon Adarsha LP School in 1972 and became the school headmaster. He got superannuation on March 31, 2001. Due to his contribution to primary education in the area, he was publicly felicitated on January 1, 2021 by the reception committee of the School Golden Jubilee Celebration Committee.

His demise was widely mourned. Various organizations have condoled his demise. He is survived by his wife, three sons, a daughter and a host of relatives.
