Pradhan Mantri Awash Yojana scheme launched at Doomdooma by Zila Parishad member

DOOMDOOMA: Along with the rest of Assam, the housing project under Pradhan Mantri Awash Yojana (PMAY) was started at Doomdooma as well. Rajen Koiri, a Zila Parishad member (ZPM), inaugurated this scheme at Ward No.10 under Kordoiguri Gaon Panchayat (GP) on Tuesday. Altogether one lakh such houses have been sanctioned under PMAY all over Assam. Accordingly, the scheme will be implemented in four GPs under ZPM Koiri, namely Kordoiguri, Bandarkhati, Baghjan and Daisajan.
