Tonganagaon Tea Estate Pays Durga Puja Bonus via Direct Benefit Transfer to 1,600 Workers

TINSUKIA: Tonganagaon tea estate, a unit of the Chamong Group of Gardens in Kakopathar under Tinsukia district, has introduced a digital system for Durga Puja bonus payments by directly transferring over Rs 1.28 crore to around 1,600 workers through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) mode.
