Veteran scribe Suresh Chandra Borthakur felicitated in Biswanath district

Biswanath Charali: Veteran scribe, founder president of All Assam Journalist Union (AAJU), writer and educationist Suresh Chandra Borthakur was specially felicitated by Biswanath district administration at his residence at Amtalabori under Gohpur subdivision in Biswanath district.

Subdivisional Information and Public Relations Officer (SDIPRO) Prashanta Kumar Borah felicitated the scribe with a gamosa, seleng chadar, xarai and a felicitation letter on behalf of the administration. He also took stock of Borthakur’s health. President of Biswanath District Journalist Union, Naren Borah, member of NGO Seijia, Prabal Baruah and others were present on the occasion. Receiving the felicitation, Borthakur expressed his gratitude to the district administration.
