429 new COVID cases in Meghalaya, 5 death

SHILLONG: Meghalaya, on Thursday, registered 429 new COVID-19 cases, which pushed the tally of active cases to 4,539, stated a bulletin of the Health department.

Meanwhile, the State also recorded 381 new recovered cases during the last 24 hours; and with this, 64,922 persons have recovered from the infection.

On the other hand, five more persons succumbed to the infection in last 24 hours, taking the toll tally from COVID-19 infection in the State to 1,200 so far.
