Illegal mining & quarrying banned across Dadenggre

DADENGGRE : The Sub-Divisional Officer of Dadenggre Civil Division, Jagdish Chelani, has promulgated Section 144 of the CrPC thereby prohibiting the illegal mining and quarrying within the jurisdiction of the civil sub-division.

The order said that there has been unscrupulous, uncontrolled and illegal extraction of sand, stones and boulders thereby fast degrading the surrounding and eco-diversity of the area quarried. This was stated in a press release.
