Shillong: In a major breakthrough, the North Garo Hills District Police have recovered three stolen scooters in a span of just a few days, thanks to sustained investigation and swift follow-up. “Based on leads provided by the accused, Palsrang R. Marak alias Chusrang (20), a resident of Tengasot, P.O. Damra, P.S. Dudhnoi, Goalpara, we successfully recovered two stolen scooties,” police informed. The case has been registered under Resubelpara Police Station Case No. 13/2025. The accused has been arrested and produced before the Court for necessary legal action. Police further confirmed that while the two stolen scooters were recovered today, another was recovered earlier on Thursday, with one accused already arrested. “The North Garo Hills Police remain committed to upholding law and order and ensuring justice through prompt and professional action,” the police stated.
