Assam Rifles conducted lecture on employment opportunities in security forces

AIZAWL: Lunglei Battalion of Headquarter 23 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of Headquarter Inspector General Assam Rifles (East), conducted a lecture on 'Employment Opportunity in Security Forces' at Zorinpui, Mizoram on Wednesday.

The aim of lecture was to brief the youth about the role of security forces. The youths were briefed on qualification requirement physical fitness and written tests to clear their doubts. The selection procedure from online registration to medical of selected candidates were briefed in detail. The facilities provided by the security forces to the soldier and their dependents were also included in the discussion with the youths. A total of 29 students/ youth attended the lecture, stated a press release.
