Assam Rifles conducts cleanliness drive in Mizoram

AIZWAL: Lunglei Battalion of Headquarter 23 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of Headquarter Inspector General Assam Rifles (East), conducted a cleanliness drive for 'Clean Lunglei, Green Lunglei' under Swachchha Bharat Abhiyan at Lunglei, Mizoram on Friday.

A total of 61 Assam Rifles personnel and 16 civilian participated in the event. The area around Lunglei Bridge was cleaned and thereafter a informal interaction was carried out to educate individuals on waste segregation and its management, stated a release.
