Mizoram: Assam Rifles Recovered Heroin Worth Rs 16.66 Lakh

AIZAWL: Acting on a tip-off, Assam Rifles and the Excise and Narcotics Department, Champhai, launched an Area Domination Patrol towards Zote village on May 2. During the operation, two hongs of heroin were confiscated, and apprehended a person. The recovered contraband and the apprehended individual were handed over to the Excise and Narcotics Department, Champhai, stated a press release.
