KOHIMA: Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio, on Tuesday, inaugurated various facilities to observe the 25th edition of the Hornbill Festival at Kisama, commencing from December 1.

He praised the local artisans, workers, and everyone involved for their tireless efforts in completing the physical structures for the Hornbill Festival.

The Nagaland CM stated that the festival has gone beyond being merely a Naga event and has emerged into an international celebration, drawing tourists from across the globe.

Meanwhile, the third edition of the Me•Gong Festival, which promises to be another amazing event with well-known headliners, mouth watering food, and thrilling entertainment activities, has Garo Hills buzzing with excitement.

With the festival taking place from November 29 to 30 at the same location like in past years—Baljek Airport in Jengjal, West Garo Hills—anticipation is already in the air.
