GMC, Guwahati Invites Re-Tender for Lease Settlement

RE-TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited from intending individuals, co-operative societies, companies, Firms etc. for lease settlement against collection of unused products and Poultry Waste, Meat, fish, etc. under Guwahati Municipal Corporation for the year 2020-21 w.e.f. 01.07.2020 to 31.03.2021. The details are as follows:

Tender forms along with copy of terms and conditions may be obtained from the Veterinary Branch, Guwahati Municipal Corporation at Lakhtokia in payment of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand) as non-refundable tender form fee from 22.06.2020 to 29.06.2020 in between 10.00 am to 3.00 pm.

Willing bidder may submit their tenders in the Tender Box between 10 AM to 2.00 pm of 30.06.2020 at GMC Office at Panbazar. Tenders will be opened at 3 pm on the same day in presence of the tenderers or their representative/authorized agents. No tender will be received after 2.00 pm on that day under any circumstances.

The respective estimated value can also be downloaded from the GMC website i.e. www.gmcportal.in or online www.gmc.assam.gov.in.

The detailed information in this regard may be collected from Veterinary Branch of GMC Office at Lakhtokia during office hours on all working days.
