Assam Finance Minister to Present Full-Fledged 2026-27 State Budget on July 10

GUWAHATI: State Finance Minister Jayanta Mallabaruah will lay the annual full-fledged budget for the financial year 2026-27 in the state Assembly on July 10. The Business Advisory Committee (BAC) of the state assembly took this decision today.

The budget session will begin on July 6 and conclude on July 31, 2026. The session, however, will have 21 working days.
