West Bengal BJP Government Oath Taking on May 9 at Brigade Parade Ground in Kolkata: PM Modi, Amit Shah to Attend

KOLKATA: The BJP-led government in West Bengal will take oath on May 9 at the Brigade Parade Ground in Kolkata, in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, according to state BJP president Samik Bhattacharya. The date was chosen as it coincides with Rabindranath Tagore’s birth anniversary in the Bengali calendar. (IANS)
