Guwahati: Assam Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sharma today inaugurated the Neurosurgical department at Jorhat Medical College and Hospital. He stated that the government aims to make this department as the leading academic programme in the North- East region. He will also take part in the tractor distribution programme under the Rural Development Yojana.
