New Delhi: Kejriwal writes a letter to PM Modi seeking his interference to end to Delhi’s governance impasse, so it can address air pollution issues. He has clearly mentioned that IAS officers are under centre’s & L-G’s control, and had they been under Delhi govt, their strike would have ended within hours. He wrote that govt. has failed to address air pollution issues as IAS officers aren’t attending meetings with the ministers since 3 months, & that Baijal isn’t doing anything.
