Biswanath Chariali, May 14: Sensation prevailed on Sunday night after around Rs 3.15 lakh was looted by four motorcycle-borne masked miscreants from the manager of J P Energy Station, an oil depot under Gingia Police Station in Biswanath district, at gun point. The manager had reportedly kept the day’s collection in the depot as it was a bank holiday yesterday. This was the second such incident in and around Biswanath Chariali town within a month. Police investigation is on.
