A 7-year-old minor girl was allegedly raped by an on-duty constable identified as Jalbahar Ali of the Bilasipara PS in Dhubri on Tuesday. The incident took place at Bilasipara’s Bangalipara NRC Seva Kendra and meanwhile, Ali has been arrested following an FIR which was registered by the minor girl’s family.
