Generally, youths in remote areas do not get a chance to compete with the mainstream for employment despite having eligibility and tremendous potential. It is also often due to unawareness about the recruitment and its procedures. These facilitation centres will assist youths in verifying eligibility, applying online, pre-recruitment training and appearing for the examinations free of cost. The facilitation centres are operational and last date to apply for these posts is September 20, 2018 till 5 pm. Initial reports received from field information reveals that local people are turning up in huge numbers to avail the facility of pre-recruitment training, registration etc. Efforts of BSF to help local youths in getting government services have been highly appreciated and lauded by not only the respective government agencies but also by people of northeastern region.
