GUWAHATI: Forty-one vehicles were seized and one person was arrested for violation of lockdown rules in Guwahati on Saturday. Rs 38,000 has also been charged as fines for such violations. As many as 2,983 vehicles have been seized, leading to the realization of Rs 18,16,000 as fines from June 30 to July 17, 2020.
