GUWAHATI: Acting on a tip-off, Basistha Police along with Assam Rifles conducted a raid where a contraband of around 60,000 tablets suspected to be made of narcotic and psychotropic substance were seized at Balughat NH37 in the Basistha area.
The tablets were seized from a person named Rinku Raj Choudhury (25). The police have also seized one e-rickshaw (AS 25 ER 3306) and one Maruti 800 car (AS11A 4946) from his possession.
