GUWAHATI: Additional Deputy Commissioner of Kamrup(M) Pulak Mahanta has been placed under suspension with immediate effect in connection with the allegation of dereliction of duty during the visit of Chief Justice of India Justice Ranjan Gogoi to the State recently.
