GUWAHATI, Nov 30: With onion prices soaring in Guwahati, the Kamrup (M) district administration on Thursday swung into action, in an effort to control the spiraling prices. The district administration directed to the onion merchants to load maximum quantity of onion to make it available in Guwahati market so that no artificial scarcity occurs.
