Annual General Meeting of Northeast Laghu Udyog Bharti unit concludes in city

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Northeast Unit of Laghu Udyog Bharti (LUB) was organized under the chairmanship of Provincial President Manoj Lundia.

GUWAHATI: The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Northeast Unit of Laghu Udyog Bharti (LUB) was organized under the chairmanship of Provincial President Manoj Lundia. The meeting was inaugurated by Om Prakash Mittal, in charge of the Northeast region of LUB, by lighting a lamp. On this occasion, National Joint General Secretary Ashish Deorah, Provincial President Manoj Lundia, Senior Member Bhanwar Lal Aggarwal, and Provincial General Secretary Ravi Sureka were present.

Manoj Lundia stated that the purpose of the formation of the LUB Northeast unit is to promote Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises organisations in Assam and the Northeast, in which more than 650 members of the Northeast are actively involved. In the Northeast, the campaign to open branches is going on in Nagaland, Tripura, and other places in Assam.

Ravi Sureka presented the full report of the programmes of the last two years. Ravi Sureka was named unopposed as Provincial President for the upcoming session, Vivek Agarwal as Provincial General Secretary, and Amit Chirawal as Provincial Treasurer for the upcoming session. Manoj Lundia has now been entrusted with the responsibility of being the chairman of LUB North Eastern Province. Neha Khandelwal was nominated as Founder Provincial President, Krishna Kalita as Provincial General Secretary, and Kirti Agarwal as Provincial Treasurer. The names of the office-bearers and executive members of the North Eastern Province were also announced, and all the office-bearers were felicitated. National Joint Secretary Ashish Deorah also expressed his views on this occasion.
