GUWAHATI: The Assam Agricultural Service Officers' Association (AASOA) has appealed to the State Agriculture Minister Atul Bora to ensure that the inquiry into the PM-KISAN scam is free from anomalies and that the time of inquiry be extended. It has requested the minister is an SOP (Specific Operational Procedure) for the inquiry.
