GUWAHATI: The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB), Division II, opened its portal for the online entry of HS first-year 2025 marks of the subjects for which examinations were conducted.
In a notification issued today, ASSEB, Division II, asked the heads of institutions to enter the marks obtained by the appeared HS first-year candidates.
For the remaining subjects, for which the examinations were cancelled, ASSEB, Division II, spelt out a roadmap for entering their marks in the portal that would open on April 22, 2025. According to a notification issued on April 4, the ASSEB, Division II, said that in the case of the cancelled examinations, the heads of institutions need to provide the marks on the basis of the performance of students in the unit test/half-yearly examinations or the average marks of the examinations obtained by the candidates in the subjects for which examinations were held as per schedule or any other suitable method.
On completion of the entry of marks of all subjects in the portals in respect of an institution, its head will be able to download the mark sheets for issuance to the students after proper sign and countersign.
Originally, HS first-year examinations were scheduled to be held from March 6 to April 20. However, ASSEB, Division II could not complete the examinations as scheduled due to the leakage of question papers in many subjects.
