GUWAHATI: The Directorate of Higher Education, Assam has asked all the colleges to submit their utilization certificate (UC) of Rs 1 lakh which was released for facilities of girls' common room during the financial year 2019-20. The colleges have been asked to submit their respective utilization certificates within July 27. In this regard, the Directorate has sent a letter to all the government and provincialized colleges of the State.
