GUWAHATI: Assam Governor Prof Jagdish Mukhi congratulated Sanjib Paul Deka and Rujab Mooshahary on winning Sahitya Akademi Yuva Puraskar 2019. In a statement here today Governor Prof Jagdish Mukhi said, “I congratulate young prodigies on bagging the Xahitya Akademi Award in Assamese and Bodo language respectively. It is a good development for the state of Assam and I feel that the achievement of the duo will encourage other youth to take writing more seriously.
