Guwahati: Guwahati City Police organized a ceremonial pipping ceremony to honour the promotion of 12 Deputy Commissioners of Police (DCPs) to the esteemed rank of Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP). The event was graced by Commissioner of Police Partha Sarthi Mahanta and Joint Commissioner of Police Ankur Jain, who congratulated the officers on their elevation.
Speaking on the occasion, the police authorities extended their best wishes, saying, “Heartiest congratulations to all the newly promoted SSPs and their families. May this new chapter in your service be marked by dedication and distinction.”
