GUWAHATI: NEDA convener Himanta Biswa Sarma and West Bengal BJP President Dilip Ghosh were allegedly attacked by Trinamool Congress workers in Khejuri in Kanthi Lok Sabha constituency on May 7. Following the attack, State BJP has condemned the incident and termed it cowardly. Meanwhile, the BJP Youth Union staged a dharna at Maligaon in the city and burnt effigies of Mamata Banerjee.
