GUWAHATI, Aug 30: The Court of the Special Judge has rejected the bail petition filed by former APSC Chairman Rakesh Paul and member Basanta Kumar Doley on Thursday. Both the accused, who have been in judicial custody filed the petition against the Bhangagarh ps case no 159/2017.
