GUWAHATI: Dispur Police found a constable of the 3rd APTF unconscious under the Ganeshguri Flyover last night. He had injury marks on the head and body. The police admitted him to the hospital. Identified as Kakul Konwar (35), the constable told the police that a car hit and left.
