GUWAHATI: The sleuths of the Crime Branch and Hatigaon arrested two frauds – Saidur Islam and Gajiur Rahman, both hailing from Mankachar – from Sijubari area in Guwahati on Saturday. Fake gold weighing 3 kg 400 gm was recovered from the duo. According to police sources, the fake gold was used to coat cauldrons made of cast iron.
