GUWAHATI: A four days Defence Financial Management Course was commenced here in Guwahati for the Officers of North Eastern Projects of Border Roads Organisation on June 10, 2019.
The program was commenced with lighting the lamp by Chief Guest of the day, IDAS, Sr Joint Controller General of Defence Accounts, New Delhi TK Hangzo in presence of BRES, Offg ADGBR (East) RK Saha, as a special guest of honour. IDAS, JCDA (BR) Guwahati Akhilesh Das, welcomed the Chief Guest by offering a flower bouquet and the RK Saha, BRES was also felicitated by A Mondal, IDAS. 25 Officers from different projects working in different capacities came for the training on Defence Financial Management.
TK Hangzo, IDAS highlighted the importance and features of the course designed for BRO Officers. He stressed upon to involve actively in all discussions so that it is really fruitful for the officers in particular and to the organization in overall, a press release stated.
