GUWAHATI: Former Director, Information and Public Relations, Assam, Jiban Sonowal, passed away on Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 pm at his own residence at Saurav Nagar, Beltola, Guwahati. He was 73 and has left behind a daughter besides his wife.
