GUWAHATI: Acting on an input, a team of East Guwahati Police District (EPGD) from Jorabat Outpost under Basistha Police Station arrested Rahul Chetri (18) of Hastinapur. The team recovered 24 vials of heroin weighing 31.7 grams, 11 empty vials, and Rs 2,069. Further action is initiated.
