GUWAHATI: Fatasil Ambari Police arrested a minor on charges of theft on Tuesday. The accused is a minor and was arrested from Kalapahar Colony Bazar. He was caught red-handed while trying to steal a scooty, bearing registration number - AS01BE9751, which was registered under the name of Munna Alam. A case has been registered under case number - 93/2020 under section 379 IPC and the accused was presented before the Juvenile Justice Board.
