GUWAHATI: A member of an Irani group was caught by Geetanagar police at Zoo Tiniali on Friday. According to a police source, during the festive days of Durga puja, the accused, identified as Sunil Kumar of Haryana, had entered the city with ill-intentions. Kumar was involved in various loot cases from customers who queue outside ATMs in various areas of the city. A case (438/19 U/S 420/507 IPC) has been registered against him.
