Guwahati: A team from Pan Bazaar Police Station apprehended Monowara Begum (26) of Chaygaon. She was caught with 15 vials of suspected heroin weighing 20.21 grams and Rs 250 in cash at 2 No Rail Gate. Legal action has been initiated against the accused.
