Guwahati: In a crackdown on illegal gambling, a CGPD team from Paltan Bazar Police Station raided a suspected hideout at Godhuli Market and arrested 78-year-old Sudarshan Roy of Lal Ganesh for allegedly operating a Teer gambling spot.
During the raid, police seized two Teer coupon books, two sheets containing Teer results, and Rs 8,400 in cash. Authorities have initiated legal action against the accused.Further investigation is underway.
