Guwahati: Prominent preacher and social worker Dr. Paban Ali Saikia has been honoured with a prestigious the Bharat Gaurav Sanman award for his remarkable contributions to social life. It is noteworthy that this honour was conferred by the National Crime Intelligence Agency for his outstanding contributions in spreading awareness and guidance. Dr. Saikia, originally from Bhetapara, has been involved in business and social services for a long time. He is also well-known among locals for his academic background, stated a press release.
