Guwahati: Admirers and well-wishers of missing music director and playback singer Ramen Baruah have decided to come together to make a heartfelt cultural appeal for his safe return at an event in Latasil playground on July 22.

Marking one year since his disappearance, the Latasil Ganesh Mandir Development Committee, All Guwahati Students’ Union, and members of the noted artiste’s admirer community have organized a special cultural program titled ‘Yugomiya.’ With hope in their hearts, they believe the beloved artist is safe and will return soon. The community continues to wait anxiously for his homecoming.

The event will take place at the Latasil playground at 6:30 pm, featuring a nostalgic tribute through the songs composed and sung by Ramen Baruah.

Through this gathering, friends, fans, and fellow citizens will send out a collective call, urging the artiste to return and re-engage with his creative journey. The organizers warmly invite all admirers of Ramen Baruah to be part of this emotional and musical evening, united in hope and remembrance.
