GUWAHATI: One Avinash Chowdhury, 25, from Tezpur was discovered at a hotel bathroom in Rajgarh, getting intoxicated on Monday night. Paltan Bazaar police nabbed him and another named Prabhat Mishra, 23, also from Tezpur, under the influence of drugs. 1.87 gms of suspected Brown Sugar were recovered from their possession and a case (193/19 22(a) / 27/29 of NDPS Act) has been registered against them. The duo has been produced before the court on Tuesday and taken into judicial custody.
